Where is the best place to shop online for wine. (in terms of selection and value).

I like K&L Wine Merchants at www.klwines.com. They have good service, selection and are quite friendly. They have pretty decent prices, even when shipping costs are taken into account.
Be warned, however, about Internet shopping -- not every state allows direct shipment of wine, so make sure you check your state's laws before placing the order. Otherwise, there is a chance that your wine may get confiscated en route or returned to the seller.
