hi!I need information about proper wine shelf-life of reds,whites,rose,champagne,sparkling,young and old.thanks

Lighter wines including some reds (Beaujolais, light pinots, etc), most whites and rose's should be kept no more than three years after harvest. Champagnes don't age, but can be kept a long time. Other reds age depending on grape and wine type. Check vintage charts until you develop your own experience.
