Has anyone tasted or heard any reviews on this wine. I am thinking about purchasing a bottle and was needing some advice.

Wine Spectator gave the wine 88 points which is at the top end of their Very Good scale.
Here are their tasting notes from about 5 years ago:
Impressive. Beautiful plum, berry, tobacco, cedar and toasted oak aromas and flavors, medium body and tannins and a succulent finish. Drinkable now.
I have not personal tasting notes on the wine. Maybe someone else here can give you some information that is more recent.
