I am serving manicotti for a dinner get-together and I was wondering what was the best wine to buy to go with the meal.
Thanks,

What kind of sauce are you using and what are some of the side dishes and ingrediants? Just a bit more info and we can give you better answers.

Unless it is some sort of veggie variation, manicotti is a cheese and tomato sauce thing with pasta and meat.

I am not sure I'd go with a Pinot Grigio for this one.

A young chianti mayhaps.........
