I forgot that I have
this '96 Greenwood Ridge Sauvignon Blanc in the fridge(not vinotemp, regular
fridge) for at least a year
or maybe two. It was put in the fridge right
after purchase from the shop.

Is it still good?

Thanks.

Go for it. Have a reserve something if entertaining. Not familiar with the SB, but have enjoyed their rieslings for years.

Let us know how it tasted. I bid on Greenwood Ridge Pinot Noir and Zinfandels in a recent silent auction but was outbid.

Been moving though a half box of the '01 Greenwood Ridge Vineyards, Mendocino Ridge, White Riesling. Have enjoy this wine for several years, and it remains very consistent. It weighs in at 13.8% alcohol, and 1.9% RS. This makes it full bodied and off dry, a lot like most Spatleses.

Last night we enjoyed a bottle with grillpaned boneless pork chops and spinach. Very nice.
