Help! I am a virgin to Red Wines, so please go easy on me. My question is: "How long can you keep Red Wine after it's opened and how do you store it? I've heard several different views on these subjects, so someone please help.

Get a half bottle (375ml) of something; drain it and keep it and the cork. Rebottle your future leftovers in it (preferably filling it up and recorking it before drinking anything out of the new bottle), and keep it in the fridge.
