I really enjoy a particular bottle of gewürztraminer (Clos Windsbhul) and I want to order a few bottles. How long will a gewurtz keep out of a wine cellar?

If you are not talking aging the wine, it will keep for a year or two maybe depending on how old it is right now. These wines are made to be consummed while young.
Some Gewurtz's will age, but those are the really well made and very expensive ones.
