Why is it that I cannot find one distributor/retailer who can trigger monthly wine shipments to (my clients in) all, or most, of the States. I realize that there is a major revolution out there by our State Legislators to control catalog and Internet wine (& beer) sales ... but there must be a solution out here. I want to minimize my monthly order administrative efforts and deal with one rep. Is there such a company on the Internet, or via a catalog co?

Only if your clients live in the right states...and your home state of Florida is one of the no-no's.

About your only solution is if you have a friend or employee in a wine friendly state like California pick up the wines from the supplier (winery, wine club or retailer) already packed in approved shipping cartons...and have the friend/employee do the physical shipping (have your friend say it's olive oil or come other non-alcoholic product, or the sipper won't take it from them, either).

Most of the states aren't really cracking down on individuals shipping or receiving..they're running stings on the businesses and that's why they won't ship for you...they can be nailed as felons in some states and even though they might win in court, the expense is too great to take the risk.
