My husband's grandparents are celebrating thier 60th wedding anniversary and I would like to get them a wine bottled the year they were wed -- 1941. Anyone know of anything?

Bel-Air - 20-20 Wine merchants have a 1941 Cheval Blanc at a modest $ 1195.00. Suggest you contact Sherry-Lehman in N.Y.or look at the possibility of buying either a vintage port or a Madiera. The latter two would be far less expensive and stand a better chance of being sound as the 41 Bordeauxs were not particularly good wines . It was a medipcre harvest at best and 41 California wines are scarcer than a kind word from Bucko. Winoweenie

I recall having tasting a 1941 port that was quite good. Would that be easier to find?

Most likely, it would at least be much less expensive! This person should try to find out first if the grandparents like port in the first place. Some wine drinkers don't.

The place that winoweenie refers to, is likely your best shot of getting a single bottle from a specific vintage. Their prices are high, but it's going to hard to find something like that anywhere else.
