Greetings:
I am just now introducing wine to my palet. I tend to lean toward a wine that is not to heavy in flavor and red. Something smooth with body and a light wine flavor. Can someone suggest something?

Also if anyone can give me advice on how to store a bottle of wine to maintain it's flavor I would like that information also.

Regards,

Ray

Try Beaujolais Village, Gamay from California, and if you have money, a few Eastern Pinot Noirs.

Store wine, all wine, in an even and temperate temperature, if you can manage it. Keep it away from ultraviolet light too.

Of course, the wines you want right now aren't generally going to be for storage.
