Hello. I am new to this site and hope to find some guidance. I am hosting a Cabernet Sauvignon wine tasting in two weeks for about 10-14 people. Any suggestions for appetizers, dishes, that would be complimentary? This is not a sit down formal dining affair. More relaxed. Thank you for your help!

Hi Jonifox, and welcome to the Wine Board. Cabernet Sauvignon is a strong wine almost always accentuated with oak. Therefore you need strong food. Would go to a good deli and get rollupable slices of roast beef, hard salami, hot ham, and strong cheese. Serve with cut up baguettes and/or crackers. Avoid shellfish, and vinegar.
