I chilled a few bottle of white wine for a dinner party and everyone
had red. Do I have to leave the ( unopened ) white in the fridge now? or
can I put it back on the wine rack, bring it back to room temp and re
chill it when we want it? The regular wine rack where I would keep it
stays at a pretty constant cool temp. Any thoughts?
Thanks !!!!,
Steve

Hi, Steve, welcome to the board. Returning a chilled wine to the (unchilled) rack isn't a problem, unless the wine is old and delicate and ready to croak anyway. But repeated temperature cycles (every weekend for a month or more) should be avoided.
