I am going to buy my first bottle of wine to go with a meal tommorrow and I need some help. I posted before about SB with a salmon and alfredo sauce but I have seen some postings that mention Chardonnay. waht is the difference, I like a light, sweet wine?

Hi agin' astonv01. I'm probably the least informed person on the board to give you an accurate answer but from my limited experience with SWs' I'll venture an educated reply. I personally prefer Chards (big, buttery, flavorful suckers ) with salmon as I think the mouthfeel plays better with the fattier texture of salmon. There!!! I done Did It. Good thing I have a computer at work to read this blasphemy. My question, is this response from the REAL WW? I've had the response analyzed and it doesn't seem to have the proper amount of mispellings and foreign words like: "mniddle" or "twernt" to name a few, although "wotking" does make me suspect.
