Generally, you get that lychee quality from Gewurztraminer, but if you get your hands on a Riesling from Alsace, you might find what you seek. Look for Hugel or Trimbach.

If I'm getting lychee in Riesling then it is time to dump the bottle. Gewurzt -- YES! Riesling -- NO!
