- gillywilly - 08-29-2007 I have aquired a couple of bottles of vintage port from a deceased relative, they are both vintage one is a sanderman 1945 and the other is an Emu vintage tawny. could you tell me if they are worth any thing and if so how would i go about selling said items. if they are worth selling that is - winoweenie - 08-29-2007 Hi GW and welcome to the board. 45 was a great vintage for vintage port and Sandeman is a great port house. Contact one of the natonal auction houses and see if they'd be interested. Hopefully this bottle has had good storage. As far as the Emu I have no idea. The last one I saw was 6ft. tall and strange looking. WW - gillywilly - 08-30-2007 Thanx for the tip. will let you know what happens Thanx GW |
