HELP! I HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT I'M DOING!!!
I'M SERVING THE FOLLOWING: LAMB, HAM, A ROAST AND LASANA. WHAT KIND OF WINE DO I SERVE? SHOULD IT BE ROOM TEMPATURE? CHILLED?
IS ONE KIND OF WINE GOOD BEFORE DINNER? I INTERESTED WITH A GOOD WINE WITH DINNER. HELP!!!!!!

Hi Josephine, and welcome to the Wine Board. We are probably both going to get into trouble for being here. Don't be surprised if you get moved down to Wine/Food Affinities. Anyhow the answer to your question is: A well chilled sparkler would be nice before dinner. Roederer Estate Anderson Valley Brut or something of that ilk would get everyone going. For the dinner a cellar temperature Crozes Hermitage would be fine with everthing on your menu. Paul Jaboulet Aine's "Les Jalets" would be a good choice. If it is not available, you don't want too fancy a one. Something in the $15 - $20 range is what you are looking for.
