Welcome to the board, Stoney. Yours is much too broad a question for this forum. Most of us just buy the stuff, age it in a cellar, try to pair it with appropriate foods, and talk about it. A lot. Some of us have tried making it, and a few memebers have tried making a living at that. But you really need to find some books on winemaking and read them through. Then read them again. And if you're still serious about learning to make wine, find a winery that will let you apprentice to the winemaker for a few years. It's not something that's learned in five minutes on the Internet.
