Looking for websites that provide information on wine making kits for home

You should also be able to find a few shops local to you that sell the kits, as well as other supples. There are five shops within a few miles of my home, and I live in the midst of blue collar beer country. Look in the yellow pages under "Winemaking Equipment & Supplies".
