I have about a 1983-84 bottle of Great West-
ern New York champagne. It is magnum size
bottle. I was wondering if it is worth any-
thing. It was made at the Pleasant Valley
Wine Co. in Hammondsport, NY.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Open it soon with a group of not so good friends. Have something newer and cheap in reserve. If it doesn't fizz at all, pour it down the drain. If it does, enjoy it best you can. Value is zero, aught, cipher.

Thanks Innkeeper! That pretty much sums it
all up. I guess I should have known as much
when my father-in-law gave it to us. Him being scottish he would have probably known if it was worth something. I had been wondering about it-and you gave me a quick and exact answer. Thanks a bunch!
