- astroud83 - 11-02-2010 this had a much lighter body to it compared to the Kretikos. nice oaky flavor and very well balanced. hints of blackberry and plums. this had a deep purple color and plenty of tannins. I think this would be a good one for aging. ------------------ http://mypersonalwinejourney.blogspot.com/ - TheEngineer - 11-03-2010 Nice producer from Greece. I had a chance to visit them a few years ago. While I like their reds, I really like their whites better, crisp, refreshing. Also look out for their Vin Santo which has the ability to be cellar for some time. - astroud83 - 11-03-2010 I have heard good things about their white wines. I will DEFINITELY be checking them out. ------------------ http://mypersonalwinejourney.blogspot.com/ - Thomas - 11-03-2010 Look for Moschofilero (I believe that's the spelling). - astroud83 - 11-09-2010 So I purchased the Moschofilero as suggested Foodie. Can't wait to try it! ------------------ http://mypersonalwinejourney.blogspot.com/ |
