Had a glass of this at Zely & Ritz in Raleigh. Pale gold with light green tinge. Some minerals on the nose and palate. Light on the acid--probably due to hot summer of 2003. Pleasant food wine with crab wontons with tomato and herb pesto and a sweet balsamic vinegar (starter dish). I'm glad I tried this. In the past I have not been particularly drawn to Gruner Veltliner but I enjoyed this one.
