2003 Apremont $12.

A fine summer quaffer. A blend of Aligote, Chardonnay and Roussette. Clean, light, lovely fruit and made for a cheese plate.

Snacked on it with a Grano Pavano--which tastes like a cross between Reggiano and Provolone. Nice with sour dough bread.

After thought: Savoie is French, at the Swiss Border, and the wine is quite Swiss-like.
