In the fall shioment from McCrea was this bottle. I had no idea of this grape except I'd seen it mentioned on some Rhone bottlings. Brite ruby. Nose loaded with red fruits. Entry was supple, medium, center and a short 2+ lapper finish. The first wine I've had from this venerable producer that wasn't remarkable. Not my cuppa'.WW

Don't care for it either -- it is, and should be a Rhone blending grape, not a stand alone.
