1999 Domaine Des Souchons, Morgon ($15 Is-Wine, $13.50 in mixed case). Top notch Morgon. A rush of red cherries in the nose, and upfront. Gamey, earthy complexity with full body (13% alcohol) across the palate, and a very satisfying finish. Match perfectly with spicy hamburgers and salad. Highly recommended.
