Louis/Dressner Selection
12% alcholol
Rather opaque, dense, dark purple color.
Juicy first impression of rather primary fruit with purple grape notes, and some pine needle layering in. Some Burgundian tendencies which possibly could be enhanced by cellaring for a couple more years. Seems to be a match for roast poultry or other fowl or some pork dishes with fruit sauce. I paired it with baked chicken thighs with broccoli, cheese and bread crumbs over rice. Enjoyed it just as much or even more the second night.

Attempted translation from the bottle: This wine of the terroir has been fermented naturally with the yeast present on the skin of the grape [indigenous yeast]. A light deposit may form in the bottle.
