- hotwine - 09-07-2006 Lost a bottle of Oreana when five of 'em came crashing down off a rack. The first four hit the rubber floormat and survived, but the fifth hit one of the first bouncers and sploosh! Sure smells good in the cellar now though. - wondersofwine - 09-07-2006 Yeah, those fat Burgundies and elongated Alsace bottles and some German dessert wines--just don't fit the same. - winoweenie - 09-07-2006 Seems all of the wineries are trying all kinds of copck-a-many bottle shapes to distinguish there product. If they puit as much effort into improving their product they wouldn't need worry. Have had the same derned thing happen. WW - Innkeeper - 09-07-2006 I'm glad the top of my rack holds seven bottles so I can have that many wierdos at a time. |
