- Georgie - 10-05-2007 My Aunt Sis, almost 95 years old passed away. She had a massive stroke a week ago and just slept until the hospital let nature take it's course. It's hard to lose someone who has been so a part of one's life for so long, but we count ourselves lucky to have enjoyed her for this long. She was a character...two weeks ago she was still checking her reflection in the supermarket window and complaining about the haircut she'd just gotten! Aunt Sis was always full of life and full of hell. We'll miss her, that's for sure. - wondersofwine - 10-05-2007 My condolences, Georgie. Your aunt sounds like she was a lively one. - Innkeeper - 10-05-2007 That's the way to live............and die. - winoweenie - 10-05-2007 Sounds like youse be her living counterpart love.
