Here's something a little too coincidental to just be by chance...
On Christmas Eve, my new fiance and I had a quiet minute before the big gang arrived and things got crazy. He wasn't happy with what he'd given me for Christmas. (All I'd asked for was a new bathrobe. All he'd wanted was a particular model remote ccntrolled plane to build. I told him that all I ever wanted was to have someone to love, which I have. I'm very happy. I don't need anything else. I know, mushy, mushy. Well, that's not what he meant. So I said,"OK, if you really want to know what I'd like, I'd like you to take me to Lancaster, PA for a weekend." We go there often but we never stay over. So he promised that yes, he'd do that for me. About an hour later the family gang descended. At present time, they handed us an envelope. Inside was an all expense paid weekend at a beautiful new hotel in the Amish country, including meals at a choice of the famous restaurants up there. Miller's, Plain and Fancy, etc... We were dumbstruck. Neither of us had ever mentioned it to anyone! From my mouth to Santa's ear. Next year, I'm asking for a BMW. You gotta believe...

That's Great!! Similar thing happened to us this weekend. We had purchased a snow thrower for our father-in-law. During dinner, he mentioned that he would love to have a snow thrower. It was all we could do not to choke on dinner. suffice to say, he was happy when presented with the gift.
