It's a filtering device with disposable filters that they claim will reverse the effects of "cork tainted" wine. They also claim that cork taint is the result of a chemical reaction between the chlorine left in cork, as a result of the sterilization process, and the wine itself which produces compounds called TCA. This filtering device removes these compounds and, hocus-pocus, the wine is great...what a bunch of BS.
