I'm looking for wines for three separate meals:
Grilled Chicken Club Sandwiches
Chicken Breasts with Melted Havarti
Maple Mustard Glazed Pork
Any suggestions?

I'd recommend a Sauvignon Blanc for the first, the chicken dish; and a Mosel Riesling Spatlese for the third, the pork dish (a Pinot Noir should also work). For the second dish, I'm clueless.... have no idea what Havarti tastes like.

Havarti is a soft, salty cheese (often with dill mixed in) Perfect for ham sandwhiches.

1. Macon Villages
2. Beaujolais Villages
3. Pinot Noir
