I originally missed Innkeeper's post a few years back on the '01 verision of this Aussie blend. Picked up a bottle of the '03 a few weeks back and popped it last night...
no detailed TNs, but can tell you this is a very nice wine that improved with time in the decanter. nose of roasted meat and earthy dark fruits (plums lead the way). big flavors of same. nice concentration, structure and a solid finish. 88 points.
this is a great value at $8.99 a bottle. i'm going back for a multiple case purchase as this is going to become one of our house pours. and if this is what they can do with '03 juice, i'll probably back up the truck on the '04 and '05s.
