ok, so this is not a best buy/best deal, and i already posted this thread under the talk to moderators folder. but i want everyone to have a shot at this...

i'm going to write a column on how people should act at a commercial wine tasting and what the proprietors should be providing so the experience can be maximized for all. any of you have a pet peeve or an idea that i might not think about that you think folks must know? now's your chance to sound off...

I think a wine tasting should be just that... a wine "tasting."

Often times, spit buckets aren't found at these tastings and, therefore, you have to swallow. Try tasting 25 wines and you'll soon forget where you are... and where you live... and for that matter, who you are! [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img]

So, there should always be buckets made available at each tasting station!
