Forgot to post on 2 superb CDPs' we had at lunch last week in San Diego. Both wines had great color, nose and depth. The Lafond had so much fruit up-front it gave the impression of sweetness. The Pierre was more classicly structured and was a killer food wine. Both easily scored as outstanding and should be sought out for lovers of CDPs. 91/92. 30 by the box.WW

Got the Usseglio in the cellar, the regular cuvee, not the high-dollar oaky stuff.
