Colour was a deep transparent garnet, not much like other CDP's I've tried that tend to be a bit deeper. Tons of wood, perhaps too much for me but that reduced a bit after a couple of hours to show a bit of leather, and spices.
Some fruit did come through but hidden behind wall of wood still and appeared tobe shut down unless that is the way this bottle is. Tough read if it is shut down hard.

Thanks Bucko. Saved half a bottle and no better today. Not very attractive.
