I am serving Cornish Hens with Wild Rice. What wine would I serve?

There are a host of ways to serve this dish, from herbed style to apricot glazed hens. The wines will vary accordingly. Can you be more specific?

A simple roast (or even a glaze) the hen is slightly game-like, so dry Riesling or dry Gewurztraminer are my choices. A fruity Beaujolais can do too.
