1st of this bottling I've opened. Keen Focus, Killer juice with lots of panache and finesse. Explosive fruit that coats the tongue like cream and keeps the motor going till you finish the bottle. My favorite of the 3 bottlings by this talented Wash producer. 92/90. 45 by the box. WW

I believe Andrew Will Winery (Chris Camarada--not sure of spelling--winemaker) makes a wine from this vineyard also. Not sure if it's a Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot or other.
(Just checked on their website and its a Merlot/Cabernet Franc blend).

That's my boy! Killer Syrah maker is a no whimps allowed style.

Second botlle BRW and I had at lunch today. This is like the the Everready Bunny....Jes keeps on tickin'. Deep ruby. Has developed mucho aromatics of tar, cement, sand(oops that was when I fell in the parking lot). All of the red and black fruits, sweet cinnamon, and a dose of pepper. This is one top-notch bottle of juice. Kick this sucker up to 93. WW

Great vineyard that many folks use to make wonderful juice. We tasted several Ceil du Cheval wines while in Washington this summer, and we had the Andrew Will a few months back. I've yet to try a McCrea, though.
