45% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre.
An Alain Jaume wine. One of the nicest Liracs I've had...period. Very dark in the glass, almost opaque. Crushed blackberry, spice and Chambord flavors dominate with hints of earth and mushroom. Plentiful fine grained tannins on the mid palate and long finish. Took 24 hours after opening to really sing. Me thinks a good ager and will be a prize in 5 or so. 15% Alc/vol. $17.
