Medium ruby. Nose of red and bl;ack fruits, spices, earth and a tad of barnyard. All come across on the palate. Soft entry, weighty center and a 4 lapper finish. At the top of its' game. No noticible tannins. 91/91. 29 on futures. 14.2% alv. WW

About as good as this wine can get. Nose has improved slightly and the tannins have disapeared. About on the apex of 90s'-era Syrahs. No change in scoring. WW
