This vintage was listed at 70% Syrah, with Grenache. A glass with lunch at Hilltop House Restaurant. Dark fruits on the nose. Light to medium body. Some viscosity. Ripe dark berries for flavor. Not highly structured or complex. Had this with a chicken salad sandwich on croissant with she-crab soup beforehand. I've tried this before at the same restaurant (earlier vintage) and it's pretty reliable year-to-year.
