Nimes.
Here's a nice Southern France QPR. Very rustic with plenty of tannins and solid body that is suitable for short term cellering. Dark black ruby, not opaque. Lush dark fruit with hints of black pepper, spice, dark chocolate and earth. Will bust through a fine marbled steak right now. Eileen and I both really enjoyed this '05 which has more stuffing than the several previous vintages.
