Peter Weygandt Selection; Imported by Weygandt-Metzler, Unionville, PA
13.5% alcohol
Rediscovered this bottle after my move across town last summer. Cork a bit iffy (like there might be mold). Color a medium gold. Nose of spices and possibly maderized Gewurz. Agreeable on the palate but comes across as an aging wine--not a bright, fresh Gewurztraminer. Note of honey and baked fruits with some spice. Showing the age but still drinkable. Some tartrate particles.
