Cork removed whole, deep, deep golden color with just a tinge of amber too it. Petrol, honey, and a smidge of honeysuckle remain on the big riesling nose, in the mouth the wine is full bodied, solidly fruity, still sweet, but is showing some age. Probably was at it's peak 5 ago, but should easily last another 10 to 20 under ideal storage. Still great stuff. 94 points.
On edit, this was the Auslese.
