Received as a gift from a silver tongued devil on the board. We christened the new home last night with this wonderful Champagne. Nice mousse and very fine bubbles. Intense flavors of egg custard, citrus, honey and vanilla. Finishes long, 30 sec+. 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. 87 months on lees....disgorged July 2000. Thank you WW.

Hi Drew-i-poo. Don't know how I missed this post but must have been out of town when you made it. Glad you and your CB enjoyed the bubbly. It has become one of my favorites. I managed to muscle an importer friend in Calif to allocate 2 cases for Az. I snatch one and the distributor keeps one for hiss-self. Life is Good. WW
