Wine looks very clean. The flavors of pear, nut and lemon meringue with a very fleshy mouth feel. Very elegance is clearly as there is none of the yeast flavors at all. $33.99 by the bottle for a pretty good value too (since Delamotte's are now $45.......my other favorite lower price Champagne)

Great start for any evening.

TE - If you like Champagne, you have to get in touch with Roberto out at the Wine Expo in Santa Monica. They are Champagne Headquarters in CA. They put out email and snail mail newsletters that you just have to get.
