The chef mentioned this sparkling wine and pinot noir producer out of New Mexico, I believe he's a good friend of the owner, who I think is the son of someone who works for Perrier Jouet.
Anyway, have any of you tried any wines from this "house"?

No, but an acquaintance married into the family! California-Dutch meets first gen. Franco-New Mexican...result should be a nice champagne brunch w/ tulips on the side [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/wink.gif[/img]

The Blanc de Noirs is VERY good value for money and the New Mexico part always gets a rise out of people who taste with their eyes....
