A lovely champagne that somehow showed up at my table every morning for breakfast. Super chard nose and lovely mousse of teeny-tiny bubbles that lasted for over an hour. Having a case sent to my CB. The personalized bottle and this case made my home-life much easier. WW

I thought the third morning was the Blanc de Noir. In fact, if memory serves, there were TWO bottles that morning.

That were good juice also! The reason I posted on the Brut was CB prefers it over the pinot based bubblies. I thot the Noirs were a superior bottle. Seems I bemember having help with the 2 bottles. WW [img]http://wines.com/ubb2/wink.gif[/img]

KC, is that Hermann W bubbly the Riesling? If not, have you ever tasted their Riesling bubbly? Incredibly good stuff.

It's not the Riesling. I'll have to wait until I get home tonight to see what I thought of the Riesling bubbly, but I didn't get any. Must have liked the Brut (Chard based) better.

Sure could go for a glass of Brut right now, as these kids are being little brutal brutes themselves today. Sure wish I was on the way to Glenora like I was at this time last Friday. Waaah!
