Looking for champagne to serve at my wedding. Honestly, I don't have the experience to really tell the difference myself, but I want to serve the best to my guests at a given price point.

Recommended to me by my chef are:
* Piper Sonoma - $11.98 per bottle
* Pacific Echo (Scharffenbereger) - $13.98
* Roederer Estate Brut - $15.98

Comments? Of those, which is the best? At a similar price point, what others would you suggest are even better?

Would appreciate your advice. Thanks.

If they are all "Brut" they are all fine quality. Pick your price point. All other things being equal, would give the nod to the Roederer.
