From Le Mesnil Grand Cru, one of the best areas, this NV was a great value Champagne at $29.00.
Fine bubbles and great scent of apple, apricot and yeast. Sharp clean drink. 30% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier.
Paired with whole strawberries.
I would have this again.

Does sound like a winner. Engineer, I often drop a strawberry in my glass of Champagne. Great pairing those two.
