A number of years ago I was turned on to still champagne. Apparently a limited amount is produced each year using pinot noire grapes. I ordered a few bottles from Dom Peringon.

I have since forgotten the name that the still champagne is sold under and where in the us to get it.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure that I understand the context of your question. The only Coteaux Champenois (still Champagne) with any connection to Dom Perignon is Saran, but that is 100% Chardonnay, not Pinot Noir, as you intimate. Because Saran is made from the vineyards reserved for DP and DP is roughly 50/50 Chardonnay/Pinot Noir, for each bottle of Saran produced, two DP must be sacrificed, but although it is one of the more consistent Coteaux Champenois wines, you can get much better Chardonnay wines for less than half the price elswhere. The most Coteaux Champenois wines produced are red, from the Pinot Noir, as you mention. The most are produced by growers in almost every village of Champagne, although Bouzy, Ambonnay and Cumieres are the most famous, but Champagne is ideally suited to sparkling wine, not still, thus success is sporadic, occurring in one village for one grower one year, and another village and grower the next.
