A delicious medium-bodied red from Navarra. Lots of sweet cherries and berries on the nose, followed by a mix of berries, plum, and spice on the palate. This has a fairly strong and almost smoky finish. Went well with eggplant meat sauce on pan-fried julienned zucchini. Also good as a sipper--one that Dan would enjoy. 13.5% Alc., $10 (I think I got this at Premier in Buffalo)

I do, indeed! My Whole Foods wine guy made me take home a bottle a while back. Good, yummy stuff for the price.
